Service Description

Let your child’s creativity take shape in our fun and engaging Clay Hand Building Class designed especially for young artists! In this hands-on class, children will explore the fundamentals of working with clay through two classic and expressive techniques: tile making and pinch pots. Through tile making, kids will learn how to roll, cut, and design their own unique clay tiles using a variety of textures, stamps, and tools. Whether they create a mini masterpiece, a story tile, or a patterned wall piece, each tile will reflect their imagination. In the pinch pot portion of the class, children will discover the magic of shaping clay with their hands—pinching, smoothing, and decorating to form small bowls, animals, or imaginative vessels. This timeless technique encourages both creativity and fine motor skill development. With guidance from experienced instructors, young artists will be encouraged to express themselves while learning foundational clay-building techniques. All projects will be kiln-fired and glazed, ready for students to proudly take home and display in approximately 2 weeks.
