Cancellation Policy

We are excited to host your private party. Whether you are celebrating a birthday, team-building event, or just a creative gathering, we offer a fun and unique experience for groups. Please review the guidelines below to ensure a smooth and enjoyable event. Booking Details Minimum Participants: 10 people Maximum Participants: 20 people Pricing: $40 per person per hour 2-hour minimum booking A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your date and time. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event. Available Activities The activities offered will depend on the number of participants and the resources available in the studio. Studio Space: Group Size and Space: Your group will have exclusive use of the studio for the duration of your event. The space will be set up prior to your arrival to accommodate your specific activities. Time Limit: Sessions are scheduled in 2-hour blocks, with a 15-minute grace period for cleaning up and wrapping up. If your group requires additional time, please confirm with the studio in advance. Additional time will be billed at $40 per person per hour. Supplies and Materials: All materials necessary for your pottery experience (clay, tools, and glazing supplies) are included in your booking. If your group plans to create a specific project, please inform the studio in advance to ensure all materials are available. Additional Information Studio Attendants: Our experienced instructors and studio staff will be available to guide your group through the pottery-making process, provide demonstrations, and offer assistance throughout the event. Food and Beverages: You are welcome to bring your own food, beverages, or cake for the event. However, please note that the studio does not provide catering services. Alcohol is permitted in moderation for guests 21 and older. Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the event will receive a refund of the deposit, minus a $50 processing fee. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will result in the loss of the deposit. Rescheduling is allowed with at least 48 hours' notice, subject to availability.
